The Vice President of the Student Union Government, Comr Edogbo Anthony, have asked Kogi state university students to debunk rumours that the ASUU strike would last for 4 months.




The Vice President of the Student Union Government, Comr Edogbo Anthony, have asked Kogi state university students to debunk rumours that the ASUU strike would last for 4 months.

He expressed the devotedness of the SUG and NAKOSS Presidents (Comr Philip Shaibu and Comr Abdulmalik Hadi) and also the executive members of the SUG in the quest to resolving issues that led to the strike. He also stated that the SUG shall be meeting the state governor on friday 22nd April, 2016 on this same course.

He told madeinksu that the University management and ASUU members are in serious negotiations with the state government at the moment.

He also asked the students to always contact the SUG whenever there are issues concerning their welfare and common rights.

Comr Edogbo Anthony finally urged the students to make good use of this short time, and be expecting some good news from the student union government as regards issues on the campus soon....
