The Ag. Registrar, recently passed out a circular on the directive of the University Management dissolving the 2013/2014 Student Union Government (SUG) with immediate effect. According to him, this was as a result of the aborted SUG election of early December 2014.
The former Government has been directed to handover all properties to the Dean of Students, Barr (Dr) Ogwo, who has been asked to handle all student matters.
Students have been advised to remain calm and law abiding as the University Management has put in process the constitution of a Caretaker Committee.
