To me its like he is cursing Kogi State Artist, because he generalize it.

The title of the article should be "10 Reasons Why Kogi State Artistes May Never Blow" or "10 Reasons Why some Kogi State Artistes Will Never Blow" instead of; "10 Reasons Why Kogi State Artistes Will Never Blow".

Well in my own view, the article aint bad, except for the fact that he dint gather enough fact, and he dint consult an editor to help him with the article before posting the trash.
