either waec, neco or nabteb 1 or
2 sittings
2. Original copy of ur jamb result
3. Admission letter from school
4. Post utme result
5. Birth certificate or declaration of
age
6. Passport photographs
7. Certificate of state of origin
8. medical report which will be
conducted in d school
9. Secondary sch leaving
certificate/ testimonial
And most importantly don't forget to come along with yourself.
