saw embarrassing pictures of low and cheap okun people on queue to append their signatures to the ridiculous Dino Melaye recall register in some polling units across Okun land in Kogi West district. I wondered why similar ridiculous pictures are not emanating from Lokoja and Koton Karfe axis of Kogi West region.
I equally read that some Okun
persons who went out to sign the shameful register claimed they were not
well informed about what Yahaya Bello political appointees from their
villages wanted to use their signatures for. Some even claimed they were
deceived into believing they were participating in national census.
These are lies. They actually knew what they were doing but cannot
resist the temptation of N2,000 bribe offered them by the Bello Boys.
The most appalling issue in this
recall process is that it is being spear-headed by the Prime Minister of
Kogi State government. Here is man whose future Nigerian nationality is
not guaranteed. I learnt his village in Kogi East is actually a Biafran
enclave. So, my Okun brothers and sisters sold their conscience to a
Biafran for a paltry N2,000!
Let me state here without fear that a
Biafran cannot recall a Kogi West councillor, talk less a Senator. We
will soon react in a way that will make even the Kogi Prime Minister
hear the name Kogi and run. A former governor with alleged Biafran
connections once vowed to remove a lawmaker from Kogi West. He did not
just fail, grace for eternal failure was also handed over to him
We will soon begin to collate the
names of Okun misfits who sell us cheaply to outsiders for future
reference. They are building an ignoble legacy for their families and
generations to come.
Let me also advise the Ford Explorer
Jeep-loving royal fathers in Okunland who are in cahoot with Bello Boys
on this mission to reconsider their steps to avoid open embarrassment
from all-time loyal subjects. A word is enough for the wise
We are watching the current melodrama on HD and will return to comment on this wasteful exercise when the show is over.
