Student Union Passes Vote of Confidence on KSU VC

The Students’ Union Government (SUG) in Kogi State University, Anyigba, has passed a vote of confidence on the Vice Chancellor of the institution, Prof. Hassan Isah.
This was made known in a press statement signed by the union’s Secretary General, Abdul Bash.

The statement said passing the vote of confidence became necessary in view of the tremendous development brought to the institution by the vice chancellor, adding the university has achieved advanced academic excellence during his time.

The union mentioned consolidation of I.T Infrastructure, full accreditation of all programmes, introduction of two additional faculties, staff training, development and welfare, harmonious relationship and mutual understanding between students and the university management as some of the achievements of the vice chancellor.

“In view of the above reasons, the Students’ Union Government hereby passed a ‘Vote of Confidence’ on the V-C and encourage him to do more even in the midst of obstacles and huddles,” the statement concluded.
