'30 days of Modenine' Hip-Hop legend to release a song everyday in May 2015

Modenine is attempting to do something that hasn’t been done before (not his first time, hey) – the Hip-Hop veteran will release a song for the next 30 days in the month of May, 2015.

Titled ‘30 days of Modenine’, the project sees Modo release songs previously recorded over the years – showing a timeline of music experiences with himself, other artistes and music producers.

Featuring on the project are the likes of Illbliss, Ikechukwu, Cashino, Lambo, B-Elect, Nnena Omail and others. Production was covered by Modenine, Xela Xelz, Kraftmatiks, Bayozmuzik and many others.

"I’ve got so much music – I just decided to give my fans something to rock with", Modenine tells Pulse.

Reminisce Rapper's 3rd album, Baba Hafusa, tops iTunes

Barely 24 hours after the release of his third studio album entitled Baba Hafusa, Nigerian rap act, Reminisce is currently topping iTunes album sales.

The rap act, who featured popular Nigerian acts that include Olamide and Phyno, had been gearing up for the release of the album several weeks back.

Baba Hafusa is closely followed by Empire Original Soutdtrack on the album listing while recently released duet album, 2Kings from Olamide and Phyno fifth spot and Asa's Bed of Stone occupies the sixth spot.

Sold for $9.99, Baba Hafusa by Reminisce is touted to be one of the most anticipated rap album in the Nigerian music industry.

The rapper took to his Instagram to post a snapshot of the iTunes top selling albums with the caption, 'We up!!!#BABAHAFUSA'.
